I recently stayed at a hotel in Lisbon for a few days and had a great experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right in front of a Metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The room was spacious and had a lovely balcony to enjoy. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a park for my daily runs and there was a supermarket just around the corner. it was a clean and comfortable stay.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

The accommodation is good value for the price, Best thing was the location, being opposite Parque metro station, which takes you into the centre of Lisbon very quickly and with regularity. Staff on the desk were helpful, E.G. in ordering an early morning taxi and providing a snack to take to the airport instead of breakfast. Room was perfectly adequate and, as it faced away from the Avenida, pretty quiet. Energy- saving corridor lighting is commendable! Glad of the air conditioning, as the room got very hot (and this was end of May we stayed there). Overall, a good no-frills place to stay, and we will recommend it.
The exterior needs a coat of paint - it's a bit offputting. First impressions of the reception area and dark panelling were also negative. However, the rooms are well appointed, although the bath is really small. Dining room is pleasant, but you have to ask for tea, which is not what you expect thee days (a similarly priced Residencial in the Azores had lots of fruit tea sachets available, for example). Also it would be helpful if nearby restaurants were recommended in their information booklet, as you have no option but to eat out and may not always want to go down into the city centre.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with the metro station right across the street and easy access to stores and coffee shops. Being centrally located made it convenient to explore the city and get around. the staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
The hotel could use some updating as it had a tired appearance. There were also some noise issues, especially for rooms facing the front, which made it difficult to sleep in.

The location is very good for the Metro, immediately opposite, with easy access to the centre and all the sights. A lovely park opposite for relaxing with great views of Lisbon. The room I had, although simple, was large and very quiet with cool breezes so I didn't need to use the air-conditionning. The bathroom was relatively new with plenty of hot water. The staff were very helpful indeed, finding and keeping an item of clothing I had left. Good value for the money and I return at least once a year.
Curtains and bed coverings could be newer/more up to date.
